You are good at your job.
So why does it cost this much?
Coaching for senior and mid-career professionals who are succeeding on the outside and running on empty on the inside.
You have built something real.
A career that looks, from the outside, like it is going well. You are experienced, capable, and good at navigating complexity. You manage people, projects, and dynamics that most people would not know how to hold. You have earned your place.
And somewhere along the way, it started costing more than it gives back.
Not dramatically. Not in a way that is easy to name. Just a slow accumulation. The meetings where you carry the room. The decisions that land on you because you are the one who will actually handle them. The colleague whose behaviour you manage and translate for everyone else. The Sunday evenings that stopped being restful.
You have not been passive about this. You have spoken up. Come to your boss with solutions, not problems, because that is the standard you hold yourself to. Drawn the boundaries, then watched them erode. Tried the things that are supposed to work.
And yet here you are.
Because the problem is not effort. It is that you have been solving for the symptoms. Underneath them is usually something quieter: a version of your work that has outgrown its structure. A role that asks for your capability but not your voice. The sense that you are doing everything right and still somehow in the background of your own career.
"She has the gift of creating safe spaces where I can say what I really think. Which is GOLD in this world. She embodies what she preaches."
From surviving to firmly in control.
Before
- Carrying the room and driving home unable to switch off
- Solving symptoms rather than what is underneath them
- Doing everything right and still somehow in the background
- Boundaries drawn, then watched erode
- Surviving, when you know you are built for more
After
- Clarity on what you actually want from your work
- The pattern underneath the frustration, finally named
- Your voice, your visibility, your version of success
- Boundaries that hold, because they come from a different place
- Firmly in control of how you engage with work
You do not need more advice. You need someone who has been there.
Most coaches bring a methodology. What I bring is different.
19 years inside global corporate environments. Breaking through ceilings while navigating neurodivergent conditions and an unconventional personal background that no career playbook was written for. That experience is not a footnote to how I coach. It is the foundation.
I know what it costs to perform in environments that were not built for you. Not from the outside looking in. From the inside.
That, combined with 1500+ hours of coaching practice, is what I bring into the room with you.
Experience, not theory
As a Vice President at HSBC and across global organisations, I navigated the visibility games, the unwritten rules, and the cost of being the person who always holds things together. I understand what you are describing because I have sat inside it.
Not just the problem
I do not coach the presenting issue in isolation. I work at the level of the person bringing it: the beliefs underneath the behaviour, the patterns underneath the frustration, the version of you that exists beyond the role you are currently stuck in.
Pattern recognition at scale
What looks like your unique problem is often a pattern I have sat with many times before. That does not make your situation generic. It means I can move faster, ask better questions, and help you see what is actually happening beneath the surface.
"Siri brings her whole self to the table, which includes peace, discernment and good judgement. She has the gift of creating safe spaces where I can say what I really think, knowing it will not be held against me afterwards. Her work is brilliant, in the form as well as in the substance. She embodies what she preaches."Pauline Olivia Paris, Change Manager, Hong Kong
